3. Information to police.– (1) Subject to subsection (3), the property dealer, landlord and tenant shall, within fifteen days from the time of delivery of possession of the rented premises to the tenant, provide information about the tenant in the prescribed manner to the police through the fastest means of communication.

(2) The owner or manager shall, within twenty four hours from the time of arrival or check in of a guest, provide information about the guest in the prescribed manner to the police through the fastest means of communication.

(3) If one of the persons mentioned in subsection (1) or subsection (2) provides the requisite information, the other concurrently responsible persons shall not be liable for non-provision of the information to the police.

3. پولیس کو معلومات۔- (1) ذیلی دفعہ (3) کے تابع، پراپرٹی ڈیلر، مالک مکان اور کرایہ دار، کرایہ دار کو کرایہ پر دیے گئے مکان کے قبضے کی فراہمی کے وقت سے پندرہ دنوں کے اندر، کرایہ دار کے بارے میں معلومات فراہم کریں گے۔ مواصلت کے تیز ترین ذرائع کے ذریعے پولیس کو مقررہ طریقہ۔

(2) مالک یا مینیجر، مہمان کی آمد یا چیک اِن کے وقت سے چوبیس گھنٹوں کے اندر اندر، مہمان کے بارے میں مقررہ طریقے سے پولیس کو رابطے کے تیز ترین ذرائع سے معلومات فراہم کرے گا۔

(3) اگر ذیلی دفعہ (1) یا ذیلی دفعہ (2) میں مذکور افراد میں سے کوئی ایک مطلوبہ معلومات فراہم کرتا ہے، تو دوسرے ساتھی ذمہ دار افراد پولیس کو معلومات فراہم نہ کرنے کے ذمہ دار نہیں ہوں گے۔
