Use of
information.–
(1) The police shall maintain a database of all the tenants and guests by
categorizing them in the prescribed manner.
(2)
The police shall conduct analysis of the data
for prevention, detection and investigation of
offences.
(3)
The information received under this Act shall
not be used for any purpose other than prevention, detection, investigation and
prosecution of offences of terrorism and other offences under the Pakistan
Penal Code, 1860 (XLV of 1860).
6. معلومات کا استعمال۔ (1)
پولیس تمام کرایہ داروں اور مہمانوں کو مقررہ طریقے سے درجہ بندی کرکے ان کا ڈیٹا
بیس برقرار رکھے گی۔
(2) پولیس جرائم کی روک تھام، پتہ لگانے اور
تفتیش کے لیے ڈیٹا کا تجزیہ کرے گی۔
(3) اس ایکٹ کے تحت موصول ہونے والی معلومات
کو پاکستان پینل کوڈ، 1860 (XLV of 1860) کے تحت دہشت گردی کے جرائم اور دیگر جرائم
کی روک تھام، پتہ لگانے، تفتیش اور مقدمہ چلانے کے علاوہ کسی اور مقصد کے لیے
استعمال نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
