4.            Guests other than students and staff.– (1) A person, not being student or staff of an organization or institution, shall not stay at a hostel exclusively managed and controlled by the organization or institution without prior permission in writing of the manager.

(2)          The manager shall, within twenty four hours from the time he receives information about stay of a person mentioned in subsection (1), provide information in the prescribed manner about the particulars of the person to the police through the fastest means of communication.

4. طلباء اور عملے کے علاوہ مہمان۔ (1) کوئی شخص، کسی تنظیم یا ادارے کا طالب علم یا عملہ نہ ہو، مینیجر کی تحریری پیشگی اجازت کے بغیر خصوصی طور پر تنظیم یا ادارے کے زیر انتظام اور کنٹرول والے ہاسٹل میں نہیں رہے گا۔ .

(2) مینیجر، سب سیکشن (1) میں مذکور کسی شخص کے قیام کے بارے میں اطلاع موصول ہونے کے بعد سے چوبیس گھنٹوں کے اندر، اس شخص کی تفصیلات کے بارے میں پولیس کو رابطے کے تیز ترین ذرائع سے مقررہ طریقے سے معلومات فراہم کرے گا۔ .
