Inspection and
interviews.–
(1) A police officer not below the rank of Sub- Inspector may, subject to a
reasonable notice and for purposes of this Act:
(a)
inspect a rented premises, hostel or hotel; and
(b)
obtain necessary information from the
relevant documents and persons including landlord, tenant, manager, guest or
property dealer.
(2)
The police shall ensure
compliance of this Act through spot inspections and local verifications.
7. معائنہ اور انٹرویوز۔- (1)
ایک پولیس افسر جو سب انسپکٹر کے عہدے سے نیچے نہیں ہے، اس ایکٹ کے مقاصد کے لیے
ایک معقول نوٹس کے تابع ہو سکتا ہے:
(a) کرائے کے احاطے، ہاسٹل یا ہوٹل کا معائنہ
کرنا؛ اور
(b) متعلقہ دستاویزات اور افراد بشمول مالک
مکان، کرایہ دار، منیجر، مہمان یا پراپرٹی ڈیلر سے ضروری معلومات حاصل کریں۔
(2) پولیس اس ایکٹ کی تعمیل کو اسپاٹ
انسپیکشن اور مقامی تصدیق کے ذریعے یقینی بنائے گی۔
