Penalties.– If a person knowingly
contravenes the provision of section 3, 4, 5 or 8 or fails to allow access to
premises or provide information to the police under section 7 or section 10, he
shall be liable to punishment of imprisonment which may extend to six months
and fine which shall not be less than ten thousand rupees or more than one
hundred thousand rupees.
11. سزائیں۔- اگر کوئی شخص جان
بوجھ کر دفعہ 3، 4، 5 یا 8 کی شق کی خلاف ورزی کرتا ہے یا سیکشن 7 یا سیکشن 10 کے
تحت احاطے تک رسائی کی اجازت دینے یا پولیس کو معلومات فراہم کرنے میں ناکام رہتا
ہے، تو وہ قید کی سزا کا ذمہ دار ہو گا جو چھ ماہ تک بڑھ سکتا ہے اور جرمانہ جو دس
ہزار روپے سے کم یا ایک لاکھ روپے سے زیادہ نہیں ہو گا۔
